Refund policy
We always strive to make everyone happy. With our products being custom made we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with an order please contact us and we will work with you to make it right. We also send proofs and images of the final product before shipping in most cases so there is plenty of time to make changes during the process.
We do accept cancelations within 5 days of the initial order. To request a cancelation, you can contact us at brooke.cityowl@gmail.com. If your cancelation request is accepted, we will refund all money paid.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
